• You may not share your account credentials with others

You retain ownership of all contracts and content you create using our service. We retain ownership of the pact.ink platform, templates, and underlying technology.

By using our service, you grant us a limited license to process and store your content as necessary to provide the service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, pact.ink shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately. You may export your data before termination.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
